Leonard and I discussed the different options of
what to do with the printer. He is fine with just
leaving it how it is since he has trays 2 and 3.
He doesn't want to spend anymore money on the
printer in case it doesn't fix anything. They also
can print to their copier if need be. Let Leonard
know that I would be closing out this ticket.

There is no jam and the error has 2 meanings which
1 is jam and 2 try is not lifting properly and its
not grabbing the page in time and times out.  May
need to change out the paper lifer

Printer says it has a jam in tray 4 and Max and
Leonard have both checked everything and still no
jam found.  He also tried restarting and
unplugging it and every time it comes back on, it
says the same error about the jam.
