Emailed asking about reimaging computer, asking if there is 
anything that needs to be saved or installed when its done.

Going to take over a loaner, and possibly reimage the computer that 
is there now.

Stuck at identifying network. Tried new cable, and connected 
current cable to my laptop, internet works fine. Problem is definitely 
on the computer itself, reinstalling drivers did nothing. Windows 
network diagnostics returns an error saying there is an invalid IP 
configuration.

She is using Google Chrome and the internet
suddenly stopped working and will not work now. 
She said she thinks there is an ethernet cord
connected. This is the student worker's computer
in the MSSP office in room 212 in the WUC
