The most common problem I have had is the printer not being loaded on the computers as the default. Not many people know how to add the printer to the computer so this can be extremely inconvenient. If someone could come add the printer to all the computers in NS 216 as the default that would be fantastic :) thank you! have a great day :) the current printer I am on is 20120145 and the printer number is 20110216 I tried the \\krusty and when I left click an error box pops up saying "operation could not be completed (error 0x00000bc4). No printers were found." The computer I am currently using is not the only one with this problem. would you like me to give you all the numbers of the computers with this problem? the first number is the computer's number. my apologies.
