Check Dr. Dukes office to find out problem with
the printer. I ask him to do several print out and
it responded just fine. I told him to observe the
printer and contact us when he experience the same
problem.

In WUC203B office they use multiple trays in their
printer. They can switch from the automatic tray
to Tray 2 to print without any issues, but then
when they try to switch back from Tray 2 to the
automatic tray to print it gives them an error
that says 

"Print driver host for 32 bit applications has
stopped working..."

The WOU# for the computer experiencing this issue
is 20110882[Edit Inv]
the printer is 20080929[Edit Inv]

They printer will be available to be looked at
tomorrow after 3.
