We have taken great steps to remedy this situation.  
Things seemed to get much better later in the year.  
The library staff can always contact us if they 
notice any of these same issues.

Hi,
Tonight I had two students approach me at the same
time to report/complain that their computers had
suddenly logged them out and restarted.  It was
8:10p.m on thursday, Jan. 30.  Both were on the
Wyse VDIs but on opposite sides of the first
floor.   No other students reported problems

vbehm12 was on WOU #20100933[Edit Inv] (1W-16)  and was
working on a Moodle forum when it happened.
mschwarz09 was on WOU #20100952[Edit Inv] (108 #8) and was
working on a Word document.

Not anything I need a specific response to, but
FYI for identifying problems.
