Video was not running on Firefox or internet explorer, tried to find 
a browser plugin for Firefox that would allow it to play, but the few I 
tried did not work. Luckily it would play fine in Chrome, which 
seemed to be an acceptable solution.

When he tries to watch a presentation from the
library website, he click on the link and then an
error comes up and says "no video with supported
format found"  He goes to another computer and
there is no issue loading it there.  He was able
to watch one but now he can't.

He restarted the computer as well.
