Computer reimaged.  Emailed her to see if there
was any specific software on there.

Ran super and malwarebytes virus scans. It found
"critical" threats almost immediately.  Okay'd it
with Jen to re-image.  That's running now.  Will
check back in an hour to see where it's at.

Was using the internet when a critical virus alert
page popped up. Her computer rebooted and said
there were 13 potential threats. She has no access
to the internet.

Is available today before 2 or tomorrow after noon.
