Doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. There are no 
errors, and nothing in the print queue, so the 13 
documents that were sent to the printer either 
already printed, or were cancelled. I don't 
multiple copies of any papers in here, so I'd 
wager they were cancelled already.

The WUC computer lab printer keeps saying paper
jam but there is nothing that she can see.  She
tried restarting the printer but the error still
came back.
