Craig Reno	Feb 13, 2014 01:55 PM	Talked to David about the IP address error, we think it was an issue with a vpn he was trying to use.Uninstalled one of the VPN options that might be adware. That resolved itself. He was getting runtime errors involving the printer he was trying to use. The errors are apparently sporadic, and do not prevent him from printing. Asked him to contact us if the error continues, and to send a screenshot if he can.	Add Attachment

He has restarted his computer and is still having the same issue. His availability is 12PM-2PM today 2/12/14, and most of the day tomorrow 2/12/14.	Add Attachment Public
