Replaced PSU and computer is working properly.  
Jared is taking it back to the metabolic room in 
HWC

Computer is displaying a blinking amber power 
light, 1, & 3.  Button on back of PSU will not 
illunimate when pressed.  Bad PSU.  Warrantying 
through Dell.
