Myron found that it can pull paper from tray 1 and tray 3 with no 
problem. Attempting to print from tray 2 results in a paper jam 
error, currently works with tray 2 removed. I checked to make 
sure the setting were correct, and couldn't see anything wrong 
with the rollers. Not sure how to proceed.

She called just now and says it is jamming now and
they aren't going to touch it so someone can come
take a look.

Office is on 1st floor.

she will call back when it jams but it sounds like
it is a tray roller issues, the one above it that
feeds it into the machine.  

When she calls back have someone take a look and
see what it exactly looks like

Megan recently went in and replaced the rollers in
the printer and it printed a test page for her
fine but now the printer says that there is paper
jam but they can't find it. No one can print to
the printer.

The printer will be available to be looked at any
time tomorrow, the sooner the better.
