Check the machine, the connection looks fine. Lori
informed me that because the machine is IMac that
is the reason they are finding it difficult
printing from the printer. The department need to
purchase a device for the printer to enable the
MAC user print successfully.

I was informed by Dave Mcevilly about this task.
He told me is the department where the printer is
located gives out the code. She needs to contact
the head of the department.

Hi there!

Here in ASWOU we have a computer that isn't
communicating with our printer(s). Ideally, we
would like this computer set up to print to our
main printer "Red Solo Cup" but last year it was
set up to print to "Stellar" - not sure if it can
only be routed to "Stellar."

The Mac is located in WUC 122 and the number is:
20071110[Edit Inv]  

You assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank
