Kevin Thibeault	Feb 17, 2014 01:55 PM	Her printer connection was disconnected today. She has taken the steps to reconnect the printer through the start bar and selecting the desired printer. When she selected the printer she wanted nothing happened and was still unable to print. She restarted her computer and followed these steps again but is still unable to connect.	Add Attachment Public
