Please call this user back and ask what the 
hostname of the printer is to which she is trying 
to connect.  Also find out if she is trying to 
print through bart or krusty.  If it is bart, 
please redirect her to print through Krusty.  Bart 
is no longer online

Her printer connection was disconnected today. She
has taken the steps to reconnect the printer
through the start bar and selecting the desired
printer. When she selected the printer she wanted
nothing happened and was still unable to print.
She restarted her computer and followed these
steps again but is still unable to connect.
