Laven and I went over and took another look at it. Same thing as
yesterday. We had to remove the printer and drivers completely. As
long as he doesn't print that one document that seems to be
causing all of the trouble, it should be fine now.

He tried opening a document that he had opened
previously and it caused the same error again, and
he once again is getting the error that the local
spooler is not operating.

Available until 4:30

Spooler was not active. Trying to print new documents would end
the spooler service. This stopped when I cleared out the print queue
and restarted the spooler. Should be ok now.

He previously received instructions on how to
reset the spooler, after resetting it he was able
to print to his local printer once before it gave
him the same error message again.

Can't connect to any printer, local or networked.
It's giving him the error "the local spooler is
not operating."

available from 2-4:30 for someone to check it out,
the sooner the better
