Palmrest has been replaced and tested.  Craig is 
dropping it off with Chelsee at the WUC info desk 
area.

Received palm rest today.  Called Chelsee to let 
her know the part is in.  She will let me know when 
a good time is to have the laptop for a period of 
time.

Fixed the ethernet cable, left the laptop and cable up front for 
Chelsee to pick up tomorrow.

Warrantying palm rest through Dell.  If Chelsee 
wants the computer back immediately, we will need 
to have her bring it back when we receive the 
parts.

The mouse pad for this computer is having 
problems responding. The right side USB ports are 
also having problems responding. She wants to 
know if these can be fixed so they can use this 
computer in their conference room. The last thing 
she would like looked at is the updates for the 
computer. If anything needs to be updated on the 
computer she would like us to do that as well.
