Let them know that the printer is broken.. Can't
be fixed.

the main frame of the printer is broken... Looks
like someone busted off a part when trying to
unjam the machine.

Printer has some broken parts.  I talked to June 
and let her know that we would have to bring it 
back to our office for some possible part 
replacement.  Will pick up the printer once the 
ink is back in a solid state
