Lexie is swapping out the PSU.  She tested the 
machine and everything worked well.  She is putting 
it back in DFSC 105

Computer will not turn on.  It is displaying a 
blinking amber power light.  PSU is showing an 
illuminated power light, however, not turning on 
when button is pressed
