Xerox came and fixed the printer- replaced the
process drive, media drive, the post was broken on
a motor...

It jams in the front of the machine, I can show

The printer has a jamming error.  When she clears
the jam it jams up again right away.  She can't
get an print jobs done either.

LAB-MNB223 is the printer
