Replaced feed rollers and did nothing.. Called
back into xerox.. Once of the plastic parts had
got jammed which was causing all the issues.

The printer says there is a jam but the lab
attendant went over and tried to clear the jam but
it kept jamming and none of the print jobs are
successful.  The student tried to restart and the
error kept happening.
