IA-IntlStudent is showing offline.

Oddly enough, IA-IntCopier is also showing offline 
on Krusty although they didnt call this one in.

Printer: Intlstudent WOU# 20060121[Edit Inv]
When connecting to this printer the printer reads
offline. He has tried connecting to this printer
from several computers. Students and other staff
have also tried connecting and all receive the
same message. I walked him through the steps to
connect to the printer on Krusty to make sure he
was using the correct network.
