She was able to get it working again.

She tried restarting her laptop and the docking
station is not working.  The laptop is working
fine but nothing is showing on external screen. 
Both the machines are on but nothing is working. 
She checked all the cables and everything is still
having issues.She knows the docking station is a
WOU but can't find a number.

She is around off and on but will leave her door
unlocked.
