Hi UCS. I wanted to send a quick note that our
new Xerox printer in NS-115B appears to be
malfunctioning. When it is turned on, it gets
stuck in a continual loop between "initializing"
and "warming up". It is currently not able to
print. Since it was caught in this loop and was
just wasting energy, I turned off its power switch
at 5 pm on Thursday (March 6th). It had been
stuck in that loop for at least 2-3 hours. I shut
the printer down a few times to see if that would
reset it, but it would just go back into that loop
again.
