Delivered laptop, got her mobile account set up, admin rights, and 
connected to h driver. She may still need other network drivers, but 
those are less urgent. Asked her to call us when she would like 
those set up.

Had her try to logon (via ethernet in her office),
but it didn't work.  I tried my credentials and
that didn't work either.  I'm clocking out soon

They have already purchased a new charger like
mentioned below.  They can't use the new one until
the old broken one is removed from the port that
it is stuck in.

The laptop is out of warranty, so we will not be 
able to get a new charger for them.  If it is not 
fixable, they can purchase a new charger if they 
want.

She has a computer that needs to be re-imaged and
it needs to be able to log onto different users. 
The one it is currently assigned is Carmen Caceda
and she has nothing on there that needs to be saved.  

they also got a new charger but the current
charger has a broke piece in the port and no one
can get it out but hopefully we have tools to
remove it as well.
