The device is on the HL Reference West side of the
first floor, south wall, middle of the three.  

When you turn on the device, it immediately cycles
through a grey screen pattern.  The lights
indicate that it has Internet.  It does not
respond to any keystrokes.

Going to go check it out.  It sounds like it might
be a server issue though.

One of the VDI's in the library is just cycling
through various gray screens. He tried doing a
hard reboot(unplugging it) but when he plugged it
in it just started doing the same thing again.
