Craig Reno	Mar 21, 2014 03:11 PM	Lacey let me in. Saw the card had the blinking red light, I took it out, cleaned the pins of the card. Reseated it and restarted the computer. When the computer was starting up it was alternating red and green lights, after logging in it showed a solid green. PCI cards section of system overview recognized the card, and said the drivers were installed. Should be fine now.	Add Attachment

Craig Reno	Mar 14, 2014 11:19 AM	The PCI-E card is made by universal audio, Dirk thinks that it may not be seated properly. The one that currently has the bad card is in APSC 226, and there is another Mac Pro in the new studio that is attached to 226 that we can use to test out the card to see if it is the card or the machine. We will probably need to talk to Lacey in Smith to let us in to these rooms, there is also probably construction going on in there, so that could be an issue.	Add Attachment

Nicole Crane	Mar 12, 2014 10:53 AM	In lab APS 226, a computer has a PCIE card in it that is not working. Their is a red light flashing on it. Someone will have to let you in because the door is not on a master key. You can call him or the music dept. (Lacey) to get let in.	Add Attachment
