Check the computer that was unable to connect to
the network printer in APSC lab. Just uninstalled
and reinstalled the drivers.

Where on campus is he/she they and to what printer 
is he/she trying to connect?  What is the first, 
last name, username, v#, etc of the student and 
contact information?

they receive the message specified port unknown.
