Received email from Lucinda.  She mentioned that 
the check is ready for pickup at the Cashier's 
office.  Will head to Corvallis to pick up the 
iPad.

Called again.  The tech sent me an invoice.  I 
created PO 7596 and sent the invoice to Joanie.  
Just waiting for the PO to be approved and a check 
to be issued so I can pick up tablet

Need to call to find out if they are charging us 
$49 for the replacement iPad.  Store opens at 10am

Lori it will have a $49.00 service fee for
accidental damage under AppleCare+

iPad was dropped but is still under warranty.  Will 
take it to the Mac store today to see if they can 
fix it under AppleCare.
