It says it is unable to send to the request even though he (his colleague) already got the request and accepted it. All of his calendar is showing up still--just none of the shared stuff. He will click on their calendar and it will show their name but not their schedules. He also has past interns calendars on his outlook that keep popping up and he would like to know how to get them off of their sense they no longer work here.
