Wireless is working for him, told him to talk to Arne about getting 
the port activated so he can print from that computer. Will call him 
around the first of the month to get the old laptop bacl.

Set up the iMac. Still need to get the internet connection sorted out. 
We can get him up and running with the cisco agent by going to 
wou.edu/wireless and signing in. Will need to have Kenny call Arne 
to have him get the port activation situation fixed.

He has an iMac available #2009353 to him to replace his current 
laptop. It is currently sitting by my desk ready to be delivered 
when he contacts us. He can keep his current computer for a 
couple weeks to transfer things off of it. He could also use a 
mousepad, Tricia has them available for 93 cents if he is 
interested.

Ran ccleaner to clean files and registry, system 
file checker to make sure there are no errors with 
windows, and defrag to improve performance. 
Hopefully that will take care of the crashing 
issue. Also having issues with the mouse, will 
bring him a different one.

He called and said he can have a loaner if you
need to take the computer. He is around till 5
today and tomorrow call his cell and he can meet you.

Cell is preferred method of communication.

His computer has been having issues for a while.
Some days it will do ok and others it will have
issues. The first issue is that it will randomly
shut down and turn back on. The second issue is
that the scroll bar when looking at the internet
or on a document will freeze and not move the
page. He will have to re start the computer for it
to start working again.
