Check the computer with network connectivity
issue, What I observe was the problem was bad
network cable. Change the cable now it work fine.

technology resource center PC in the back corner
hooked up to our big scanner 20110093[Edit Inv] seems to not
want to let people log on. Someone was on the
computer and had logged off due to another person
wanting to use the scanner. The computer just sat
at welcome for over 5 minutes. I unplugged the
internet cable and restarted the computer. The
problem continued to happen and not let the person
log on. I even tried to use my log in information
and it still would not work. I know computers
sometimes take some time but I even let it sit
there loading for at least 10 minutes and still
nothing.
