When she goes to the portal on her I-pad it will
pop up a message saying that she needs to update
her password. It gives her options that say update
only for this site or for all sites. If she
chooses to update for the site or just try to
click out of the message the I-pad will freeze.
This is only happening when she uses safari but
some websites she uses for work works best on that
browser.
