There was a little piece of metal loose in the 
power supply and it came out through the fan.  
Sounds ok now

He was working on his computer this morning and
then stepped away and when he came back the tower
was making a loud drilling noise.  It sounded like
metal on metal.  He turned the computer off and it
is going to stay off until someone can come and
look at it.
