Did the student receive any error messages?  If 
so, what was the error?  To which printer was she 
trying to connect?  Did she see any printers in 
her printers/devices list?  Did anyone try helping 
her manually map the printer she was needing?  
What was the result?  What were the computers she 
tried and how did the result differ?  Did she have 
available print credits?

We are missing lots of information which makes it 
difficult to troubleshoot the issue.  Please make 
sure to let the students know to come by the 
office whenever possible so we can better help in 
this matter.

Student was unable to connect to the printers, she
tried multiple computers with no luck
