Please help Julie play .wav files downloaded from her browser. Or if 
she's using webmail, demonstrate how to play them directly in the 
browser with the recent gmail update. Ask me if you need 
clarification.

She checks her voicemail via email attachment. 
When she tries to play the attachment she is 
getting an error from Itunes that the mp3 file 
can not be found as of yesterday.

I am not sure if this should be sent to a tech or 
to telecom.
