Student couldn't connect to the APSC 101 printer,
I went and tried to manually connect it also but
it's giving her an error that says "specified port
is unknown". She said it hasn't happened to her
before on other computers, and didn't want to give
me her username.

This is happening ALOT in this lab on multiple
computers.
