She called for an update and I was not sure what

¿ Reboot the printer and verify the error persists.
¿ Check that the Process Drive gear train is
properly homed (ADJ 1.3).
¿ Check for obstructions or ink spills around the
Printhead.
¿ If the problem persists, perform the following
procedure.

Error message 91,720.00;30497
Said that something similar had already happened
and I looked at the previous request and it looks
like it was a printhead fault issue, but it was a
different error code. 

They've had the printer off all day since that's
what had to be done last time and it's available
to be picked up anytime.
