She called and said she wants to wait till she is
ready for this machine to be re imaged and she
will call us with the SR# when she is ready.

tested and works on my IE, going to run malware
test tomorrow and see if that helps, make sure
there are no tool bars installed. She has lunch at
1130 tomorrow

Updated firefox it was at version 8... tried
updating IE through windows updates, wasn't
working. Finally got the form to load on IE but
when you go to print it doesn't bring up the
correct screen, you can't view anything..

When she goes to print forms it will print a blank
page with blue lines through it. This happens a
lot but not all the time and only when printing forms.

She would like to be contacted by phone or email.
