Me and Jared went and fixed it. Just needed to delete and readd 
printer.

She tried restarting both machines and still gets
the same error.

Ashley called about a computer in the front that
will not connect to the printer.  The error says
"windows cannot print due to a current problem
with the printer set up".  

Computer number- 20090329[Edit Inv]

DS-disability-copier is the name of the printer
printer has no WOU# but it is a Ricoh Aficio MP5000
