Laptop has been reimaged and it is all set up.  She 
will need to use her personal AppStore account to 
manage any applications.  I called and let her know 
her laptop is ready for pickup.

The laptop is up front at SRD and she says there
is nothing that needs to be saved since it was
recently reimaged.

She was working on her laptop and it said it
needed an update and so she started the update and
it got stuck at the install after the restart. 
There was an error about the hard drive when the
computer was turned off.  The computer now says to
repair the computer with install computer.  The
computer has just recently been re imaged as well.
 It was working fine when she got it back.
