Left VM with her describing the issue and to give
us a call if she has any more problems.

The HP printer had a backed up queue; it was in
sleep mode when I got there and when I started it
up, started completing all of the print jobs. 
Canceled what I could.  

This coupled with a system restart of the computer
seems to have cleared up the issue.

Hi there -
System #20110435[Edit Inv] is having issues... at first an
attempt at printing (the b/w HP laser printer)
resulted in a perpetually 'paused' printer, and
asked for an admin name & password to resume
printing. We restarted the computer and now it
won't even complete the start-up process without
admin name/password.

When you enter, it's in the 2nd bank of computer
to your left, the one at the angled part of the
table, beside the scanner.
