Hi Megan, 

I will be in my office today until about 2:30. 
Any chance a technician can swing by?  I just need
to be able to run as an administrator.  I have
always been able to download my own prorgrams and
install what is necessary since I am on a grant
and this laptop just isn't set up that way.  Just
need to get those permissions :)  and need the
path fixed of where I save documents!

Sorry just now checking this.  It is actually the
laptop that is giving me issues.  The WOU number
is 20130377-- A Dell XPS.

I also cannot save to the H drive either... I can
only save any document on the desktop- no other
option to save anything.

I can't attach pictures to email either.  I take a
screen capture but then get an error with that as
well. It says:

Your image could not be inserted because there was
an error uploading it.


Yahoo:

Yahoo Messenger did not correctly install.  This
may be due to other open applications or
incomplete installs.  Please try the install again
after restarting your computer.

(I closed all programs and applications and
restarted several times)

Printer:
 
You do not have the proper privileges to install
this application.  Please log on as an
administrator and run this installation again.

Hi there.  Wanted to check in because I am unable
to download anything to my computer.  I should
have the ability to download programs for work-
like Yahoo Instant Messenger and connecting to my
home computer, etc... I have always had those
capabilities in the past, but anytime I try to
download anything it gives me an error.  I tried
to download the driver to my printer last night
and still wouldn't let me do it.

Do some settings need to be changed?
