now.

Someone at the library's front desk called saying 
one of their printers has been saying it needs 
yellow ink and it has been checked continuously 
and the printer is not low on any ink. It has 
been monitored all day and hasn't changed. 

Printer: 20130046[Edit Inv]
       and is an 8870.

**They are turning it off until someone comes to 
look at it and fix the issue.**
