All of the Apple computers are now able to print to the copier. I 
have advised Dr. Flesch to create a new service request to repair the 
sound issue when she is ready to send the laptop in.

Printing issue has been resolved, downloaded the newest UFR driver 
for the 6065, installed as Krusty-MT-Copier and set up the 
Department passwords in the Utility. There is still one more Mac in 
the Math department that still needs to be configured so everyone 
is set.

Using my MBP I was able to add the printer from Krusty but it would 
hang while waiting for authorization when attempting to print. 
Adding the printer via IP would result in limited capability (yellow 
dot in Print Prefs) and delay in a processing state for longer than I 
was able to wait.

Dr. Flesch is going to take a week or so and transfer all of the files 
she needs from the computer so she can turn it over to be sent in 
for repair. She will contact us when she is ready to send it in,

Checked on printer issue. No Apple computers in the department 
can print to the Canon 6055 Copier (KRUSTY - MT Copier 
140.211.78.51) but none of the PCs seem to be having an issue. I 
don't have admin rights yet so I can't troubleshoot the issue without 
another tech present

Verified that the sound output issue is due to hardware failure: 
reset PRAM and SMC, booted computer to new user account, 
rebooted from known good hard drive, verified no physical sound 
output device in System Preferences

She called and left a voice mail saying that the
"Algebra" printer is now allowing her to print
again. The Copier is still not allowing her to
print and she has never been able to print to this
copier. She also would like someone to look at her
mac. The sound does not work and has not worked
for a while. 

She will be in her office tomorrow from 10AM to
1PM if you would like to stop by between then. If
not she would like to be contacted through email.

is having issues with printing to the 
"Algebra" printer (WOU 2007 0277) 
and the copier (Cannon Image Runner 6055 - "MT 
Copier")

That's all the information that was given. She 
was left a voicemail from UCS and has not replied 
yet.
