It seems like they will be getting a new machine in the near future, 
may not need to try and troubleshoot this one anymore.

Memory didn't help, still has the same issues. Suggested re-
imaging, but they are probably getting an upgrade soon, so that 
may not be worth it. Will ask Tricia about the time frame for the 
upgrade and figure out how to proceed from there.

When opening certain projects, Camtasia locks up and eventually 
crashes. Some projects do open, but when doing one of the main 
things that they need to do with the program, it locks up and 
crashes then as well. Tried ccleaner to try and free up some 
memory, but that had no effect. Also tried to host some files 
locally, since they are generally coming from the departments i 
drive, but that didn't do anything either. I'm thinking that the 
computer may need more memory in order to handle camtasia 
and these large files, although prior to spring break, and even 
earlier in the week there were no issues. 

I also deleted some unused profiles to free up some hard drive 
space, activated Prism, which they had a liscense for but it wasn't 
active for whatever reason.

Computer is running very slow on the 
program "Cantasia" a captioning program. Prior to 
spring break it was working normally and now it 
freezes for about 2-3 minutes before doing 
anything.
