If he wants to move to Mavericks, please make sure 
to apply all updates (in his apple id account) 
including 10.9.2.  Do not sign into the appstore at 
all with our UCS AppStore account.

Go to the music office first and they will give
you access to the computer. He wants the recording
computer to be updated with the new software.
