Tested thin client with a different monitor in the library, it 
worked perfectly.

Problem is with the monitor, possibly the DVI cable.

A VDI unit in the library is having issues with
its screen going from normal to a gray blank
screen. He tried restarting it and unplugging it
and it still is switching from a normal screen to
a gray screen randomly.
