The computer is at the reimaging station. It is
bound, student techs added, sophos installed,
ninite updated, and running windows updates.  It
still needs flash updates and Stella installed.

Tried restarting, booting in safe mode, booting
from last known good config, system restore tool:
memory test (passed).  

Re-imaging now.

Sorry, I meant to include the WOU #. It is
20120125[Edit Inv]. The computer is running Windows 7
Professional.

It is the middle student-use computer on the side
of the room near the door in NS 204.

Hello,

One of our lab computers in NS 204 seems to be
frozen. It has a perpetual error message that says
"Preparing to configure Windows. Do not turn off
computer". That message has been on it for days
(or possibly weeks since the end of Winter term).

When I restart it, it goes back to the same
screen, and never completely boots up or opens any
programs.

We need to have that computer functional in 2
weeks for a class activity. Can you send someone
over to work on it soon? The lab room, NS 204,
doesn't have classes all day on Monday/Wed/Friday,
or on Tuesday before 10 AM.

Once Windows is working again, can you check that
the program we need is also functional? It is
STELLA 9.1.3.
