Contacted them: the issue seems to have fixed
itself.

Several computers are unable to print to the 
printer. The computer says that its printing in 
the printing que but then it disappears from the 
que and never prints. 
Their is no error message on the printer it is 
just showing ready to print. 

They have restarted all of the computers and the 
printer and it is still not working.
