Monitor is no longer under warranty, so she will 
need a replacement.  Please update inventory for 
both monitors

that she can work until someone comes to check out
the issue with her monitor

She was working on the computer and heard a loud
pop noise and the monitor just won't turn on now.
The computer has power and seems to be working,
just the monitor won't turn on or have power.

She is in all day.
