Return the printer to NPE the printing quality
wasn't satisfactory. She promise to contact her
department to purchase the right ink and get back
to us.

Check the problem with printer not been able to
communicate with the computer connected to.With
series of trouble shooting done I first realize
the ink was low and fortunately she had some
reserve ink which I replaced.But that did not
solve the problem. I took the printer to our
office and downloaded the drivers on my work
station and connected the printer. Now it works fine.

Needs help setting up printer and connecting it to
her Mac.
She is only available Mondays and Wednesdays
12:15-2:45 and wants you to email her at

both of you.
